Concerning disease, I'd like to point out this Scripture verse. What are your thoughts? "As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him." - John 9:1-3

And what glorified God, the disease or the healing? There are only a few examples of Jesus reaching out to heal. The majority of healings were because people approached Jesus in faith, believing he was willing to heal them and he did. There were plenty of other people who he did not heal, who did not approach Jesus and continued in their suffering because they chose to. Why do we find it so hard to believe that our loving heavenly Father would love us enough to glorify himself through our healing? Did he not give us his very best, paying the highest price, for our salvation? Then why would we stumble over a simple matter of healing our body? Which is more difficult? As the Word says, “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” Romans 8:32
